Terms and Conditions

In bringing your goods for service and repair, you understand and agree to the following:

1. The repair of your goods may result in the loss of data. Please ensure that you have made a copy of any data saved on your goods. Gadget Repairs will not be responsible for backing up data unless requested before hand and you have already agreed to pay any associated fees.

2. Gadget repairs offers 30 or 90 days (depending on service)  limited warranty for any service completed by us. Gadget Repairs will not be responsible for any further indirect, incidental or consequential damage as a result of attempting to repair your device. Any application software services and operating system refresh has no warranty.

3. Gadget repairs offers 90 days limited warranty for water or liquid damaged repairs only for any parts we have repaired. However, we are not responsible for any further damage by water or liquid after it has been returned to the customer.

4. If you have not collected your goods and paid all charges due within three (3) months after being notified by Gadget repairs that your goods have been repaired, your goods will be considered abandoned. Your devices may be sold as compensation for cost of parts and labour.
